Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Product Manager to support enterprise data, analytics, and governance initiatives. This hands-on role translates business needs into clear requirements and drives execution across technical and business teams.

You will gather and document requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate with data, analytics, governance, and vendor teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong requirements-gathering and documentation experience.
• Experience working on data, analytics, data governance, or data-management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
• Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables.
• Manage product backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Partner with data, analytics, engineering, governance, and business teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors throughout delivery.
• Support data governance, reporting, analytics, and data-management initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure requirements and decisions are clearly documented.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps and drive issues toward resolution.
