Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks a Digital Product Manager to lead a new onboarding platform for institutional and advisor users. You will convert manual onboarding into scalable digital workflows and define product capabilities with cross-functional teams.

You will gather requirements, write user stories, manage backlogs, and drive delivery from discovery to post-launch enhancements, ensuring a superior user experience and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management in financial services, asset/wealth management, or retirement services.
• Hands-on onboarding experience for institutional or advisor onboarding.
• Experience turning manual workflows into digital self-service platforms.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, requirements, backlog, Agile/Scrum, and release planning.
• Experience designing digital front-end solutions and integrating with enterprise platforms like Appian, Salesforce, Aladdin or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to voice business needs.
• Experience with AI-assisted discovery, prototyping, or requirements tools is a plus.
• Experience delivering advisor-facing or institutional digital products.
• Knowledge of portfolio construction or investment operations platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, roadmap alignment, dependency management, and cross-functional communication.
• Ensure digital solutions improve user experience while meeting business and operational needs.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience in financial services, asset management, wealth management, or retirement services.
