Job summary

Truv by Checkr is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Data Sources to own the execution of roadmaps for document parsing, fraud detection, and bank aggregation. You will drive scalable capabilities improving data coverage, quality, reliability, and trust across the platform.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Operations, Customer Success, and GTM teams to deliver products that boost conversion, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with data/fintech focus.
• Experience owning data-intensive products (OCR, data aggregation).
• Strong technical fluency in extraction models, API tradeoffs, and pipeline architecture.
• Track record delivering SLA and reliability improvements.
• Experience with regulated industries (mortgage, lending, government).
• Experience with KYC/KYB for lenders.
• Comfortable in a startup environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-quarter roadmap for Data Sources across docs, fraud, and aggregation.
• Write tight specs and 1-pagers; partner with Eng and Data Science.
• Talk to clients weekly and translate feedback into roadmap.
• Own metrics: parse accuracy, fraud catch rate, bank connection success, SLA hit rate.
• Lead and mentor PMs and engineers; raise speed and quality.
• Represent Truv's data sources story externally.
