Job summary

Truv by Checkr is seeking a Lead Product Manager to guide the product team in building and optimizing income and employment verification solutions for lenders. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and analytics to deliver onboarding, go-live, and developer experiences with a strong focus on user testing and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in government, lending or fintech.
• Experience delivering products used by agencies or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of income and employment verification and decisioning workflows.
• Track record of user testing and AB experimentation to inform decisions.
• Data-driven, capable of turning analytics into product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure, scalable verification workflows.
• Conduct user testing with clients and end-users to validate workflows and usability.
• Streamline onboarding, implementation, and go-live experiences for clients end-to-end.
• Capture feedback from agencies and lenders on onboarding and go-live.
• Collaborate with client teams and system integrators to improve developer experience.
• Build customization for state agencies, lenders, and developers using the admin portal.
• Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Gather requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.
• Monitor post-launch performance and iterate from client insights.
