Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive a transformation of Sales Territory Management into a data-driven, automated, and Agentic-AI-first capability. You will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for this initiative and collaborate with executive stakeholders across functions to define, build, and scale a next-generation planning product.

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
Strong knowledge of territory design, account assignment, capacity and coverage planning, quota setting, forecasting.
Deep expertise in Sales Territory Management, Sales Planning, or Revenue Operations.
Experience with Salesforce data models, automation, and integration frameworks; familiarity with Clari.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation sales territory management.
Reimagine end-to-end territory planning to enable automation and intelligence.
Unify territory planning with forecasting, FP&A, pipeline, and revenue targets into a data-driven framework.
Design an Agentic-AI-first operating model with intelligent agents that analyze data and propose actions.
Define MVP scope, measure results, and drive improved planning efficiency and decision velocity.
Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment across executives and teams.
