Job summary
Sunfish in New York is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmaps at the intersection of clinic and patient experience. You will drive AI-enabled product development, work with Engineering and Design to ship features, and iterate based on evidence in a fast-growing health tech startup.
The role requires deep customer focus, startup agility, and cross-functional leadership to improve patient outcomes and clinic workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in health tech, fertility, insurtech, or fintech.
- Experience shipping 0→1 products in startup/high-growth settings.
- Proven ability to work with AI tools daily.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to align stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy with a prioritized roadmap and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to launch and iterate.
- Lead AI-enabled features responsibly, using AI tools to accelerate development.
- Own data-driven decision making and KPIs to measure impact.
