Hims Hers is at an inflection point. We've built dozens of categories that people love, and we're great at the treatments themselves. But today those are dozens of separate, transactional relationships. The opportunity in front of us is to invert that: to move from point solutions to one deepening relationship with each customer, where we understand them holistically across all of their concerns, help them navigate what to do, and let the individual treatments become secondary to the relationship itself. That shift is what this role owns. It's a true 0-to-1 build, but not a cold start. You'll define a brand-new, relationship-first product experience that spans our existing categories and the new ones we create to support it, with everything we've already built as your foundation. Picture a concierge-style experience for the person who knows they don't feel their best, wants to feel better, and is looking for a trusted guide rather than another one-off transaction: lab testing, continuous care, and access to treatment, wrapped into one experience that compounds over time. This is a rare seat. We're a company known for physical product and transactional care, making the leap to a sticky, engagement-driven, relationship-driven digital experience. You'll work across the entire company to define what it looks like, and you'll do it on top of the AI infrastructure we're building, as someone who works that way themselves.
