Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager in the Agentic Experience organization to lead end-to-end product lifecycle, champion customer voice, and develop profitable products with scalable, reliable delivery.

You will guide launches, gather feedback, and partner with cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations. The role emphasizes collaboration across LOBs, defining use cases, and maintaining delivery backlogs to uphold platform standards while accommodating LOB constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Proven ability to influence without authority — aligning and driving momentum across LOB teams and stakeholders
• Sufficient technical fluency to understand API integration patterns and platform dependencies

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover solutions and roadmap
• Owns and develops a product backlog to support the strategic roadmap
• Builds framework and tracks key success metrics (cost, features, reliability)
• Leads discovery and scoping with LOB stakeholders to define use cases and milestones
• Owns a delivery backlog across multiple LOB partnerships with dependencies and trade-offs
• Tracks LOB delivery health in partnership with platform and analytics teams
