Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Program Manager to oversee large-scale customer, campaign, and operational initiatives across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

The role focuses on translating complex data into actionable business insights, managing multiple workstreams, and delivering measurable outcomes for customers and operations. Collaboration with Tech, Data, and Marketing teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights and actions.
• Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in large datasets.
• Excellent organizational skills across multiple workstreams.
• Experience analyzing performance and customer data for outcomes.
• Familiarity with wireline products and service transformations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complex customer inventories, campaign portfolios, and execution plans
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive actions to support operational readiness and successful outcomes
• Evaluate customer, operational, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations supporting strategic decision-making
• Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to define requirements
• Support development of tools, reporting capabilities, and automation solutions improving execution and data management
• Collaborate with Product, PMO, Marketing, and Data teams to align priorities and resolve issues
• Gather customer and operational feedback to improve processes, execution strategies, and customer outcomes
