Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Data Product leader to define and execute a holistic data strategy aligned with rapid scaling. You will lead governance, data quality, and platform transparency while measuring business value and ROI across data products.

Expect collaboration with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and GTM to drive data-led decisions in a high-growth environment. You will build and guide the Data/Analytics team, establish data contracts and SLAs, and ensure compliance and privacy

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Data Product Management, Data Strategy, Analytics, or Enterprise Governance.
• Track record of driving data capabilities at scale.
• Strong analytical and technical acumen.
• Ability to evaluate complex data architectures.
• Experience leading central data functions across boundaries.
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce product ecosystem and integrated data capabilities.
• Proven data governance and metric alignment experience.
• Experience defining single-source-of-truth frameworks and high data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic data strategy aligned with scaling goals.
• Establish governance models and single-source-of-truth metric definitions.
• Drive high data quality across customer lifecycle touchpoints.
• Improve data documentation, architecture transparency, and platform discoverability.
• Measure the business value of data products.
• Manage data tools and platforms through their end-to-end lifecycle.
• Assess Salesforce data and analytics infrastructure for connections or extensions.
• Build and lead the Data/Analytics team as necessary.
• Establish data contracts and SLAs for critical datasets.
• Define freshness, availability, and reliability standards for data consumers.
• Safeguard data via access controls, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive data literacy and change management across the organization.
• Build and govern an AI-ready data foundation.
• Define, curate, and maintain the library of agent skills and actions.
• Track adoption, usage, trust, time-to-insight, ROI of data products.
• Partner with executives across Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and GTM.
• Align strategy, manage risk, and translate data vision into business impact.
