Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product leader to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for experimentation, feature management, and platform analytics. You will partner across product, engineering, research, data, and design to build reusable platform capabilities and drive adoption of measurement and analytics tools.

You will translate complex workflows into durable investments and clear roadmaps. You will balance speed with reliability and safety, navigate ambiguity, and guide stakeholders

Qualifications

• Strong product judgment and analytical thinking.
• Experience leading strategy for data-intensive or platform products serving internal/external customers.
• Translate ambiguous workflows into clear roadmaps and durable investments.
• Fluency across experimentation, analytics, data platforms, APIs, or developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for experimentation, feature management, dynamic configuration, rollout safety, and analytics.
• Partner with leaders across product, engineering, research, data, design, and infra to turn needs into reusable platform capabilities.
• Develop understanding of workflows across ChatGPT, Codex, model measurement, monetization, subscriptions, and developer products.
• Establish clear priorities and operating cadences while balancing speed, quality, reliability, and safety.
