Pearson seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the Certiport portfolio, shaping vision and strategy for learners, educators, and workforce partners involved in certification and assessment. You will mentor PMs and drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, data, and program teams.
You will champion customer-centric decision making, establish robust discovery practices, and deliver evidence-based roadmaps focused on measurable outcomes and continuous learning.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define and evolve product vision, strategy, and priorities
Translate company objectives into coherent product initiatives and outcome-based roadmaps
Drive portfolio-level prioritization based on customer value, business impact, and strategic alignment
Ensure product investments align with organizational goals and market opportunities
Champion customer-centric decision making
Establish strong product discovery practices across teams
Ensure teams validate assumptions through customer research, experimentation, and data insights
Promote evidence-based decision making and foster innovation, learning, and rapid iteration
Guide teams in identifying and solving high-value customer problems
Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers
