Job summary

Qualifications

• First-level supervisor providing leadership and direction to Product Engineers.
• Experience with design/manufacturing requirements of weapons components.
• Strong written and verbal communication and management of technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for production and evaluation of weapons components.
• Coordinate staff workload, budgets, schedules and staffing needs.
• Interface with customers and program management for reviews and planning.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams to resolve production issues.
