Pantex in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a Product Engineering Line Supervisor to lead Product Engineers in production, evaluation, and dismantlement of weapons components. You will drive safety, goals, and priorities while coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet schedule commitments.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, engineering education, and experience with weapon components' design and manufacturing requirements, plus clear communication and program management abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Physical Science from ABET-accredited program and 5 years of relevant experience.
• US citizen with ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance.
• Strong leadership, communications, and presentation skills.
• Experience with product realization and design/manufacturing requirements for weapons components.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and technical direction to Product Engineers overseeing production and dismantlement tasks.
• Ensure safe working conditions, define goals, priorities, and manage workload to meet schedules.
• Advise management on staffing needs, budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Interface with customers and cross-functional teams during program reviews and planning meetings.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams to resolve production/manufacturing issues in weapons programs.
• Assist in major procurement efforts and vendor interactions as needed.
