You will ensure compliance with customer specifications and safety bases, lead readiness assessments, and drive new process implementations, working with cross-functional teams to maintain reliability and efficiency across production.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science
• Master’s degree in engineering/science
• PhD in engineering/science

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and improve weapon operation processes (assembly, disassembly, testing).
• Ensure procedures comply with customer specifications and safety requirements.
• Lead readiness assessments and supervise start-up plans for new processes.
• Provide training to operations personnel and coordinate across organizations.
