Qualifications

• Strong product engineering background with enterprise platforms or AI tooling delivery.
• Hands-on understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and responsible AI delivery practices.
• Ability to translate customer needs into reusable platform capabilities and roadmaps.
• Experience leading engineers and cross‑functional delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Fluent in APIs, cloud-native architecture, and production readiness practices.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale platforms with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevGen.AI product execution across platform capabilities, agents, prompts, patterns, accelerators, APIs, and adoption workflows.
• Partner with engineering, governance, SRE, security, and divisional teams to scale pilot use cases to enterprise deployment.
• Serve as the connective tissue across product, engineering, users, governance, and executives.
• Own intake orchestration for high‑value DevGen.AI demand and guide teams to capabilities and delivery paths.
• Translate customer demand and enterprise needs into prioritized backlog themes and platform enhancements.
• Drive adoption of the Innovate → Incubate → Implement lifecycle with governance gates and production readiness.
• Build rapid prototypes, reference implementations, and developer enablement materials.
• Champion responsible AI by embedding controls, completeness, and measurement into delivery practices.
• Lead community enablement through office hours, demos, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
