Job summary

Pack.com seeks a Founding Product & UI/Visual Designer to own the visual design from zero to hero. This senior IC role blends product strategy, high-dopamine interfaces, and gaming aesthetics to craft a category-defining shopping experience.

You'll lead end-to-end design, build a scalable design system in Figma, and create custom illustrations, branding, and 2D/3D assets while collaborating closely with leadership and engineering in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Senior IC with full creative sovereignty and startup experience.
• Proven track record as Founding/Lead Designer in high-growth startups.
• Proficient in Figma with advanced auto-layout and design system work.
• Experience in game/iGaming UI design and branding.

Responsibilities

• Own the product experience end-to-end from concept to pixel-perfect UI.
• Create custom 2D/3D illustrations and brand elements for e-commerce.
• Design high-dopamine UI for mystery box openings and rewards.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and tokens.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to hand off assets and specs.
