Job summary

Pack.com is seeking a Founding Product & UI/Visual Designer to take complete 0-to-1 visual ownership of the platform. You will align product strategy with high-energy interface design, creating brand-forward illustrations and a scalable design system.

You will work directly with leadership and engineers to build a gamified, next-gen shopping ecosystem from a blank canvas, owning visuals and interactions end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Senior IC with founding/startup experience.
• Hybrid portfolio showing UX systems and high-end visual art.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components and prototyping.
• Experience defining brand identity and design systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own full 0-to-1 product design, map user journeys, and create pixel-perfect UI prototypes.
• Define visual DNA and create custom illustrations, badges, unboxing art, and iconography for Pack.com.
