Job summary

itD, a new generation consulting and software development firm, is seeking a researcher to lead end-to-end studies that inform product and design strategy across complex initiatives. You will analyze qualitative data from usability tests and interviews and synthesize with quantitative insights.

In addition, you will work with approved AI tools to accelerate study setup, analysis, and reporting while upholding rigor, and mentor teammates on emerging methods and tools to drive responsible AI

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end research studies.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong skills in usability testing and interviews.
• Mentor designers and researchers in new methods.

Job description

• Lead high-impact studies end-to-end, selecting the right research approach for each question.
• Conduct foundational research to inform product and design strategy across complex initiatives.
• Analyze qualitative data (usability tests, interviews, participatory design) and synthesize with quantitative data.

AI-Enabled Ways of Working:

• Use approved AI tools to accelerate study setup, analysis, and reporting while maintaining rigor.
• Design research for AI-driven experiences, evaluating usability, trust, and transparency.
• Contribute to responsible AI practices, including handling of participant data and human validation.
• Act as a thought partner in discovery, strategy, and problem framing.
• Navigate ambiguity across concurrent workstreams and bring clarity to changing scope.
• Mentor researchers and designers, and help adopt emerging methods and tools.

Internal Responsibilities:

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings and collaborate on thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material, and build digital transformation content.
• Attend internal networking events and work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
