Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a HealthTech pioneer to appoint a Product Designer who will own end-to-end mobile design for consumer health experiences. You will craft intuitive interfaces that enhance health outcomes and drive engagement across flagship features.

You will lead research, prototyping, and high-fidelity visuals, collaborating with product and engineering to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions. This is a senior, impact-driven role in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional product design experience, with a primary focus on consumer-facing mobile applications.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing high-craft visual and interaction design for complex mobile products.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design/ prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Demonstrated track record of independently owning and driving large, end-to-end design initiatives from concept through launch.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for leadership alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for large, consumer-facing mobile features from ideation to high-fidelity UI.
• Own user research, wireframing, prototyping, and craft for complex digital health experiences.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Present design rationale and strategies to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Incorporate user feedback and data insights to iteratively improve the experience.
• Identify design challenges and propose innovative solutions, exploring AI-driven workflows.
