Aquent Talent is partnering with a major HealthTech company to recruit a Staff Product Designer for a Temp-to-Perm opportunity in San Francisco. You will own the end-to-end design of large, service-rich mobile features for a consumer-facing digital health platform, with potential for conversion to permanent employment.

You will lead the design process from ideation to high-fidelity UI, research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration with product and engineering to deliver scalable

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional product design experience focused on consumer-facing mobile apps.
• Strong portfolio with high-craft visual and interaction design for complex mobile products.
• Proficiency with Figma or Sketch.
• Experience driving end-to-end design initiatives from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the end-to-end design process for large, consumer-facing mobile application features from initial ideation to high-fidelity UI.
• Own user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-craft interaction design for complex digital health experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product management and engineering to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Present and articulate design rationale and strategic decisions to cross-functional partners and company leadership.
• Integrate user feedback, data insights, and mobile design best practices into iterative design solutions.
• Identify design challenges proactively and propose innovative solutions, leveraging modern technologies like AI to optimize workflows.
