Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a HealthTech pioneer to appoint a Product Designer who will own end-to-end mobile design for consumer health experiences. You will craft intuitive interfaces that enhance health outcomes and drive engagement across flagship features.

You will lead research, prototyping, and high-fidelity visuals, collaborating with product and engineering to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions. This is a senior, impact-driven role in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional product design experience, with a primary focus on consumer-facing mobile applications.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing high-craft visual and interaction design for complex mobile products.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design/ prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Demonstrated track record of independently owning and driving large, end-to-end design initiatives from concept through launch.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for leadership alignment.

• Proactively identify design challenges and propose innovative solutions, exploring and leveraging modern technologies like AI to optimize design workflows and outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of professional product design experience, with a primary and demonstrated focus on consumer-facing mobile applications.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing high-craft visual and interaction design for complex mobile products.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma or Sketch.
• A demonstrated track record of independently owning and successfully driving large, end-to-end design initiatives from concept through to successful launch.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to clearly articulate design decisions and strategies to leadership and diverse teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience designing for consumer-facing health tech, fintech, or top-tier consumer applications (e.g., Instacart, Headspace, Apple, Instagram, Cash App, Robinhood).
• Practical experience or a strong curiosity regarding the integration of AI tools into the design workflow.
