Faire is seeking a Lead Product Designer in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY to shape product strategy and design for thousands of retailers. You will lead end-to-end design, collaborate with research, engineering, product, and data teams, and evolve the design system to scale across the platform.

You’ll mentor designers, craft flows with customer empathy, and push innovative ideas from exploration to production while maintaining a growth mindset and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products and systems.
• Expertise in interaction design and systems thinking.
• Ability to connect design direction to business outcomes.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and AI-integrated design.
• Experience contributing to large-scale design systems.
• Strong collaboration and storytelling in product teams.
