Job summary

Faire is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join a close-knit, cross-functional team. You will shape Faire’s product with researchers, engineers, product, and data partners, driving strategy and end-to-end experiences across the platform.

You will lead across the full lifecycle, ship high-quality experiences, and mentor others. The role supports a hybrid work model with offices in San Francisco and New York, and equity benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing complex digital products.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, visual craft, and systems thinking.
• Proven ability to lead with vision and align cross-functional partners through storytelling.
• Portfolio demonstrating visionary product thinking and impact.
• Experience contributing to and evolving large-scale design systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and influence roadmap prioritization.
• Lead end-to-end design from discovery to production.
