Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products and systems.
• Expertise in interaction design, visual craft, and systems thinking.
• Strong ability to connect design direction to business and customer outcomes.
• Comfort exploring and experimenting with new tools and workflows for rapid prototyping and AI-integrated design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates visionary product thinking, strong craft, and clear communication of impact.
• Experience contributing to and evolving large-scale design systems.
• A passion for collaboration and driving a culture of excellence in design.

Responsibilities

• Define the direction by influencing what to build based on customer understanding and business context.
• Lead end-to-end design from discovery through production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams to explore new paradigms.
• Tell powerful stories that connect design vision to tangible business and customer impact.
• Push the company’s design system forward through evolving patterns, motion, and visual language.
