Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Lead Product Designer for Growth to own the end-to-end design of acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, upsells, and retention. You will craft first-run experiences and paywalls, partnering with Growth, Product Marketing, and engineering to land high-impact features.

You will design experiments, use real usage data to guide decisions, and balance established UI paradigms with innovative AI-driven surfaces. Office presence four days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience designing consumer or prosumer products with a strong growth track record.
• Deep understanding of onboarding, activation, acquisition, conversion, upsells, paywalls, pricing, and retention.
• Data-informed approach; fluency in experimentation, funnels, and metrics.
• Experience partnering with Growth, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams on messaging and funnel strategy.
• Comfortable with 0→1 product design and large-scale optimization.
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to come into the office four days per week.

Responsibilities
