Jobtailor is seeking an experienced designer to own the enterprise product UX, crafting 0→1 surfaces and admin experiences for organizational management, permissions, and compliance.

You will balance established UI patterns with AI-driven features, collaborating with product, engineering, and brand teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise, consumer, or prosumer products.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software, including organizational and seat management, role-based access, admin management, permissions, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Experience designing non-deterministic tools used by large workplace cohorts, such as Figma, Slack, Ramp, or Airtable.
• Comfort with 0→1 product design and large-scale optimization.
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills.
• Excellent communication with team members and users.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• React or SwiftUI coding skills or interest are welcomed.

• Ship features balancing established UI paradigms with novel AI applications.
• Identify problems worth solving and solutions worth shipping independently and strategically.
• Own work end-to-end, from 0→1 product design through large-scale optimization.
• Optimize for getting software into customers' hands and learning from real usage.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, the broader design team, brand design, growth, copywriting, and marketing.
• Contribute to design process and partner with brand design to make the enterprise product useful and memorable.
