• Proven experience leading a small design team while remaining hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small design team.
• Own end-to-end product design across various modules.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Define and uphold design standards and interaction patterns.
• Create design documentation and ensure accurate implementation.
