Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related product design experience.
• Knowledge of hardlines and softlines development including materials, textiles, and manufacturing.
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, MS Office, and Keynote preferred.
• Product design capabilities including 3D design, technical design, sketching, art application, and fabric/trim identification.
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design from concept through final approval, including trend research, silhouette sketching, mood boards, and mock-ups.
• Create consumer-centric product lines balancing fashion, function, storytelling, quality, and value across tiers.
• Manage product and packaging approvals, ensuring standards for integrity, color, materials, form, and profitability within deadlines.
• Produce line sheets, presentations, retail pitch decks, and product mock-ups; present concepts to internal and external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, licensees, and retailers to develop products addressing creative, technical, legal, sourcing, and business requirements.
• Track competitors and trends to identify opportunities and guide design direction.
• Prioritize and manage multiple design projects to meet deadlines and defined expectations.
• Organize contractual samples for archival and maintain product records.
• Support setup and teardown for the quarterly Product Design Lab showroom and represent the team in meetings.
