Job summary

Disney, based in Glendale, CA, is seeking a Product Design Intern to support the Accessories team. This full-time, in-person internship runs January 11, 2027 through June 4, 2027, with workdays M-TH in the Glendale office and remote Fridays.

You will develop product mock-ups, manage samples, and assist with packaging approvals under senior design leadership. You will collaborate across categories including bags, footwear, jewelry, and timing, building trend boards and supporting the OPA system.

Qualifications

• Coursework/experience in Softlines categories (materials, textiles, jewelry, etc.)
• Strong presentation skills to communicate ideas clearly
• Demonstrated product design skills (3D design, CAD sketches, etc.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, MS Office tools
• Receptive to feedback and able to adapt under pressure

Responsibilities

• Develop and design product mock-ups and trend boards.
• Collaborate with Sr. Managers & Design managers on product and packaging feedback.
• Create templates for design POV boards for rollouts.
• Pull cross-category trends for Accessories.
• Assist with art direction and asset gathering for collaborations.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Research seasonal trends by category.
• Manage and organize product samples.
• Multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Assist with packaging approvals; present at creative rollouts.
