Job summary

HighLevel is looking for a senior design systems product leader to shape the design system that underpins its product experience. You will treat the system as a product with its own customers, roadmap, and success metrics, partnering with design leadership and front-end engineers.

You will lead strategy for design system areas, define visual foundations and refine components, and create primitives and starter kits enabling rapid AI-assisted development while ensuring system coherence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, including building or leading a multi-team design system.
• Expert command of Figma libraries, variables, and token pipelines, plus deep fluency in HTML, CSS, and component frameworks like React or Vue.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to support AI-assisted development.
