Job summary

Loopscale is seeking its first full-time Product Designer to lead the design of the Loopscale app and collaborate with founders and engineers to craft powerful, user-friendly experiences.

You will own the full design lifecycle—from UX flows and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups—while expanding a scalable design system across product surfaces. New York-based role with strong DeFi focus and impact.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in product design or adjacent roles.
• Proficiency in Figma, from low-fi to production-ready designs.
• Strong instincts for product thinking and user experience.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• An understanding of DeFi and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design across the Loopscale app, collaborating with founders and engineering to ship user experiences that meet business and user goals.
• Own the full design lifecycle from UX flows and wireframes to polished, high-fidelity mockups.
• Expand and maintain a scalable design system across product surfaces.
• Iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on feedback.
• Occasionally support brand and marketing design work.
• Simplify complex financial products into clear, approachable user experiences.
