We're seeking a talented Senior or Lead level Designer to shape the future of a revolutionary on-chain trading platform, blending the best of traditional exchanges with the innovative spirit of DeFi. Requirements

• 4+ years minimum of proven experience in technical product design role + a portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills.
• 2+ years of experience minimum in a crypto, DeFi, Web3, or related blockchain product shop.
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design.
• Strong expertise in WebFlow for responsive web development.
• Experience of Tailwind CSS for efficient web styling.
• Experience in integrating Discord for team communication and working with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Understanding of multi-chain trading, asset bridging, and on/off-ramping UX.
• Excellent at crafting UI components (iconography, typography, color, and graphic design).
• Familiarity with current UX/UI patterns and best practices for Web3.
• Active in the Web3 space, demonstrating knowledge and immersion.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, business development, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and efficient design solutions.

• Effective Communication: Articulate complex concepts in simple, clear terms, facilitating collaboration across different teams.
