Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Product Designer who can elevate product experiences through exceptional craft, product judgment and strong execution. You have spent 5+ years designing complex digital products and are ready to own meaningful work from early ambiguity through shipped outcomes.

As a senior individual contributor, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners and other designers on cross-functional teams that own and improve key product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, platform or CRM environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product judgment, systems thinking and impact.
• End-to-end design lifecycle experience: research, IA, interaction & visual design, prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful product areas from discovery through delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineers, researchers and data partners.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and production-ready documentation.
• Design clear workflows and edge cases for complex tasks.
• Strengthen design-system adoption across surfaces and locales.
• Lead through ambiguity with rapid iteration and thoughtful critique.
• Support junior designers and partner teams with practical guidance.
• Collaborate across US and India time zones in a 100% remote environment.
