Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a high-performing team focused on AI-powered workflows that span our Product and Revenue lines. You have 9+ years designing complex products, including 3+ years managing designers, and are ready to guide a distributed team through ambitious AI-driven product work.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Product Design and manages 8-12 product designers across the United States and India.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of product design, UX or product experience
• 3+ years of managing product designers
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product judgment and execution
• Experience in complex B2B SaaS / multi-product environments
• Familiarity with AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop 8-12 product designers across US and India.
• Lead design execution for AI-powered workflows across Product and Revenue lines.
• Shape roadmaps and tradeoffs with product, engineering and data partners.
• Maintain design quality, accessibility and consistency across surfaces.
• Coach designers with clear feedback and development plans.
• Drive collaboration across time zones and cross-functional teams.
