• Experience shipping AI-powered or AI-native product experiences shaping end-user workflows.
• Experience in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for complex environments.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve platform frameworks and patterns linking multiple Cisco products.
• Define and deliver AI-powered, agentic, and generative UI experiences across the platform.
• Apply enterprise thinking to create modular, scalable systems across products.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to guide direction and end-to-end journeys.
• Champion interaction design, visual craft, prototyping, and design storytelling.
• Use AI-assisted design workflows to explore concepts, test ideas, and accelerate iteration.
