Job summary

Cisco’s Leadership & Team Acceleration (LTA) team seeks a Product Designer to elevate the leader experience through AI-enabled enablement and human-centered design. You’ll shape journeys, translate needs into roadmaps, and collaborate across design, product strategy, and development.

Role blends design thinking, prototyping in Figma/MIRO, and translating insights into scalable learning paths for leaders in a transforming enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design the Leader Journey: identify and map key inflection points for leader support; translate into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Architect AI-augmented enablement: drive integration of AI tools into the leader experience; use insights to personalize development journeys.
• Bridge strategy & execution: translate leadership expectations into the digital experience; use shift-left strategies to define problems and scope solutions.
• Design personalized development flows: analyze data to map leadership journeys and identify critical inflection points.
• Prototyping: create low-fidelity prototypes and user flows (Figma, Miro) to simplify complex information.
• Advocate for user-centered development: partner with P&C to ensure learning platforms are intuitive, accessible, scalable.
• Measure & iterate: establish metrics to evaluate enablement tools and refine product backlogs.
