Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer to shape the Leader Journey and integrate AI-enabled enablement for enterprise leaders. You will translate leadership needs into actionable product roadmaps, prototype with Figma and drive cross-functional initiatives across design, strategy, and development teams.

The role emphasizes shifting-left, user-centered design, and measurable impact on leader growth and organizational outcomes within Cisco’s evolving People & Communities initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, OD, product/UX strategy or leadership development.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and apply design thinking.
• Experience with AI-enabled digital learning platforms.
• Proficient in Figma for prototyping and user flows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with executives and teams.
