Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or Master's with 4+ years in a relevant field.
• Background in HR, organizational development, product/UX strategy, leadership development, or related field.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and shift-left to create structure.
• Experience applying design thinking and product management to internal organizational challenges.
• Strong understanding of modern, AI-integrated digital learning platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma for prototyping and tools like Asana, Airtable, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design the Leader Journey: map inflection points and translate into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Architect AI-augmented enablement by integrating AI tools into the leader experience.
• Bridge strategy and execution, translating leadership expectations into the digital experience.
• Design personalized development flows using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create low-fidelity prototypes and flows in Figma and Miro.
• Advocate for user-centered development with the P&C organization.
• Measure impact and iterate, refining backlogs to drive growth and results.
