Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional product design experience in industry.
• Exceptional design fundamentals across usability, research, interaction design, IA, visual design and design systems.
• Experience designing data-intensive applications: dashboards, charts, filtering and analysis tools.
• End-to-end product experience: framing problems, user research, decision making, shipping and iteration.
• Proficiency with modern AI tooling to accelerate design and prototyping.
• Ability to establish design foundations: systems, patterns, components, tooling.
• Able to learn new domains quickly, especially ML and geospatial concepts.
• Portfolio showing at least one software interface design project.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for Skylight and OlmoEarth products from concept to delivery.
