Job summary

Watershed, the enterprise sustainability platform, is hiring a Product designer to join our AI Products group. You will partner with product and engineering to shape vision through execution, crafting interfaces and data-driven UX for our AI-powered product lines.

You will own design end-to-end, drive discovery through user research and analytics, and push for impact in climate and supply chain outcomes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software design experience, preferably in enterprise software.
• Strong systems thinking and problem solving with rapid 0-1 product building.
• Experience shipping AI products and using AI tools for discovery, synthesis, and design.
• Solid design craft fundamentals with attention to detail and polish.
• Customer-obsessed and comfortable engaging with users and prospects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to own product outcomes in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end on AI Products teams, shaping product areas like Footprints or AI Platform.
• Design and ship complex AI products, including data models, prompts, evals, and interfaces.
• Drive deep discovery using customer feedback and analytics to iterate on metrics.
• Build vision and product strategy for the next chapter of the product lineup.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to execute and align with customers.
• Leverage AI throughout the design process to deliver strong outcomes.
