Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Lead Product Designer to elevate product experiences with craft, systems thinking and influence. You’ll partner with product and engineering leaders, mentor designers and shape design direction across defined pillars of the HighLevel platform.

We expect a high bar for design craft, visual sophistication and accessibility, and you should have 7+ years in product design with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product design with leadership experience in SaaS, B2B or platform environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, customer empathy and measurable impact.
• Proven experience leading data-informed product design across the lifecycle (research to usability testing).
• Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with emphasis on hierarchy, grids and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product pillars, translating needs into clear experience direction.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape vision and prioritize opportunities.
• Influence decisions through customer empathy, data synthesis and strong rationale.
• Drive usability, accessibility and design-system alignment through reviews and standards.
• Mentor designers and improve critique and shared patterns across teams.
• Define metrics for design quality and impact (usability, adoption, satisfaction).
• Lead complex discovery and design work through ambiguity within a defined scope.
• Collaborate across US and India time zones in a 100% remote environment.
