You will work in a 100% remote environment across time zones, collaborating with US- and India-based teammates to deliver ambitious outcomes. The role emphasizes accessibility, design systems and data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product design experience, with leadership or design direction exposure.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating craft, system thinking and impact beyond individual features.
• Experience leading data-informed design across discovery through delivery lifecycles.
• Strong visual and interaction design craft with focus on hierarchy, layout and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product pillars from discovery through delivery.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear experience direction and roadmaps.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to define vision and align teams around outcomes.
• Influence leadership decisions through empathy, data, storytelling and design rationale.
• Drive design quality reviews and set standards for usability, accessibility and system alignment.
• Mentor designers, improve critique, strengthen shared patterns and adoption of standards.
• Collaborate across time zones and cultures to deliver high-quality product experiences.
