Job summary

Anori is seeking a dedicated design leader to own the design function across product UX, design systems, and DesignOps. You will accelerate the design-to-engineering workflow, stand up a design OS, and guide the development of developer and city surfaces as we scale.

You will report to the CTO, collaborating with engineering sprints and partnering with GTM and domain experts. The role requires 4–7 years in product/UX design, with 2+ years in B2B SaaS, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

4–7 years in product/UX design with 2+ years in B2B SaaS design.
Strong IA, interaction design, high-fidelity visuals and polish.
Experience conducting user interviews to inform UX requirements.
Ability to collaborate with software engineers and reason about components.
Portfolio submission is required with the application.

Responsibilities

Own design quality across product UI and interactions.
Lead core UX for developer workspace and city compliance surfaces.
Own the design system, component library, and DesignOps conventions.
Set design process, ready handoff definitions, and design cadence.
Collaborate with GTM/Commercial and domain experts; AI prototyping speeds the loop.
Translate user research into journeys and product definition.
Design for a data platform with multi-role access patterns.
