Job summary

Anori is seeking a dedicated Design lead to own the design function, from user research to DesignOps, and to accelerate design-to-engineering workflows. You will steward the design system, guide visual fidelity, and partner with engineers, product, and domain experts to scale enterprise surfaces.

The role emphasizes high ownership, autonomy in a fast-moving startup, and collaboration with CTO and GTM teams. Portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in product/UX design, including at least 2 years in B2B SaaS product design.
• Portfolio submission is required.

Responsibilities

• Own Design Quality for intuitive, polished UI across the product.
• Lead core UI/UX workflows for developer workspace and city compliance surfaces.
• Own and evolve the Figma design system and DesignOps conventions.
• Set handoff discipline and design cadence for engineering.
• Collaborate with Engineering to speed design-to-code handoffs and prototyping.
