Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager to recruit, hire, and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, training, and customer service while facilitating communication among warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators.

Attendance at new location grand openings may be required. The role requires leadership and strong communication, with experience in retail or food environments, and the ability to coach and manage teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to coach teams.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and exercise independent judgment.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, managers, and staff in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
• Direct activities for events, promotions and vendor product sales.
