Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Product Owner to lead Master Data Management for critical data assets, bridging business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure trusted data governance. The role focuses on delivering an enduring MDM roadmap and value through data quality, stewardship, and governance frameworks.

Based in the United States, the Product Owner will guide sprint plans with the Scrum Coach and Development Lead, building modular MDM solutions and monitoring data quality KPIs to drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile Delivery or Product Owner experience.
• 5+ years of data-related experience with a focus on master data management, data delivery, or data governance.
• Experience with MDM concepts including golden record creation, match/merge/survivorship rules, data stewardship, hierarchy management, and reference data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to facilitate meetings with data stewards and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Set ambitious and clear product vision for MDM capabilities and communicate the strategy to stakeholders and team.
• Own end-to-end MDM product strategy from inception, defining business value through improved data quality and trusted data assets.
• Align MDM features with the roadmap and prioritize user stories accordingly.
• Continuously refine backlog for data matching, merging, survivorship rules, and data stewardship workflows.
• Ensure customer-driven design considering data consumer pain points and usability test results.
• Define and refine master data domains and governance models.
