Job summary

ArtWorkout Limited is seeking a Lead Product Analyst / Analytics Engineer to build AI-native analytics processes and automate experimentation for a mobile drawing app used globally. You will own product metrics, design scalable analytics workflows, and collaborate with engineers to improve data collection and insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product analytics or growth analytics.
• Proficient in SQL with ClickHouse/BigQuery.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Deep understanding of product metrics, funnels, retention, monetization.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments.
• Build reusable analytics tools or automated processes, not only dashboards.
• Experience with AI agents or LLM-based workflows.
• Git/GitHub workflow with PRs, tests, documentation.
• Independent validation of AI-generated analyses.
• High data quality ownership.
• English proficiency at B2+.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and automated workflows to identify opportunities in conversion, retention, subscriptions, advertising, ARPU, and LTV.
• Develop a repeatable process from data signal to validated insight, product hypothesis, and experiment.
• Automate key parts of the A/B testing lifecycle: setup validation, metric selection, monitoring, guardrails, result analysis, and knowledge capture.
• Define and maintain key product and unit-economics metrics.
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, monetization, and user behavior using SQL and Python.
• Build reusable analytics tools, scheduled workflows, dashboards, and data-quality checks.
• Ensure AI-generated insights are traceable, reproducible, and independently validated.
• Develop the internal analytics codebase through GitHub, code review, tests, CI, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve event tracking, data collection, and analytics infrastructure.
• Translate business questions and data signals into clear product decisions.
