Job summary

You will train new teammates, manage stock, and uphold health, safety, and store SOPs while maintaining exceptional customer service.

You will also lead performance evaluations, coordinate with Team Leaders, and help drive profitability through effective inventory management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates tasks to Produce Team Members.
• Works with Produce Trainer to train Team Members in a high-performance manner.
• Assists in training of new Team Members using learning checklists and materials.
• Keeps cases and shelves clean, well-stocked and rotated.
• Opens and closes department per procedures.
• Ensures all breaks are provided.
• Communicates team concerns to Team Leader/Associate Team Leader.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Fosters positive environment and morale.
• Assists customers and directs Team Members to satisfy needs.
• Trains and mentors Team Members to sustain high performance.
• Provides performance evaluations.
• Models WFM vision and goals.
