The Kroger Co. is seeking a Produce Department Lead to supervise all functions, duties and activities within the Produce area and support store operations.

You'll create outstanding customer experiences, ensure safety, freshness, and quality, and drive department performance through teamwork and strong communication. • Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Effective communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of basic math including counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Current food handler permit is required upon employment.

• Adhere to safety, food safety laws and company guidelines.
• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Communicate department information to associates.
• Set performance goals and empower the team to meet targets.
